During this challenging time, managing our stress, is key to building our immune support and enhancing our abilities to respond in a less reactive and healthier manner. Join Alumna Mindy Szeto '79, (Yoga, Meditation and Qi Gong teacher and Health and Wellness Coach) as we celebrate Summer for any of these virtual stress reduction and self care practices. Oneonta alumni, faculty and students are being offered a special 25% reduction in online classes or coaching sessions June 20th thru July 4th. Summer is a great time to try something new!!
