Alumni/Student Connections Program

The Alumni/Student Connection Program supports activities that bring alumni back to campus for classroom visits, career seminars, and alumni performances. The program also funds mini-alumni reunions for specific alumni constituents. We also support academic enrichment opportunities for students, such as attending a national conference or a class trip to visit alumni in a professional setting.

Please complete this Funding Request Form and return to the Office of Alumni Engagement at least 15 days prior to your event. The Funding Request needs to be endorsed by the Faculty Advisor or Department Head and the Dean or Vice President of the Division prior to submission.

Funding Requests are reviewed by the Director of Alumni Engagement and subsequently approved or denied by the Vice President for College Advancement in consultation with the Director of Alumni Engagement. Funding averages about $300 per request.

Once your request is received someone from the Office of Alumni Engagement will follow up and make arrangements to collect the required signatures from yourself, your department head/advisor, and the Dean/Vice president.
