Awards

The SUNY Oneonta Alumni Association is honored to award our outstanding alumni in several ways. Please read below to find descriptions of various honors we bestow as well as information for making nominations.

Alumni Association Awards

The SUNY Oneonta Alumni Association has established awards in several categories to honor those alumni who bring distinction to themselves and to our alma mater through their outstanding personal and professional achievements. These awards are presented annually at a ceremony held during Reunion Weekend.

Alumni of Distinction

The Alumni of Distinction honor recognizes just a few of the thousands of alumni who have made significant contributions to society, and whose accomplishments, affiliations, and careers have honored the legacy of excellence at the college. This honor illustrates the great value of the academic experience and increases the pride alumni, students, staff, and faculty have for the college.

We hope you will join us at the next Alumni of Distinction Presentation of Honors on October 4, 2019 where we will celebrate the 2019 Alumni of Distinction honorees. To register for this event, visit us here.
